The Jones Island 30 is a unique track featuring just a little bit of everything for its size. As you can see in the photos there are some young hard woods that in the early season will make a great place to harvest big whitetails, and in the late season, when the water rises and with a little work, you could have a hole to harvest waterfowl on your own property. The Jones Island 30 also features a nice stand of pines with established trails, and food plot areas that all border a great bedding area for wildlife that are also on the property as well. On the property you will also find that it offers both low lying areas and higher elevated electricity, and a small shop that with a little TLC could make a great location for a base camp, or a place to store your hunting equipment.
