She made all of the unpleasant parts of working with this brokerage much easier to handle. She was the second agent I worked with, and she helped me get the property sold. I am grateful for her guidance and expertise in this line of work and in all the moving parts (no pun intended) of a home sale. Navigating a sale from out of state and with an elderly parent living on site was quite a challenge, but she kept me informed at every step of the way. I never felt like she wasn't in my corner and representing me fully at all times of the process. Her initial effort of walking the farm before listing and listening to our needs was invaluable and deeply appreciated. Worked with Braydon Pender on purchasing a piece of commercial property. There was a lot of back and forth between myself and the seller with changes in closing dates, price negotions, earnest money, talking to the bank, title company, insurance agencies, etc. Anything I needed help with, Braydon was there to make it happen. Braydon took all of it in stride and was VERY prompt with anything I needed. Can't recommend this man enough. Answered any questions I had and went above and beyond for not only myself, but the seller as well. If you're looking for an agent, Braydon is your guy.

Has a sellers agent, the only thing this company did was take pictures and listed on the MLS. 6 showing not one agent showed my property. I showed my property and I am the one who sold the property. The only thing this company did was take 8% commission. I'm glad I will never have any dealing with this company or United Country again.
