Russell is a town in White County, Arkansas, United States. Dennis Pierce is the current mayor. The racial makeup of the town was 99.56% White and 0.44% Native American. 1.32% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.There were 103 households out of which 29.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.7% were married couples living together, 15.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.9% were non-families. 34.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.
