Born and raised in Northern Arkansas, David Fletcher grew up in Fulton County, in the town of Salem, Arkansas. With a passion for real estate and a deep appreciation for rural properties, David is dedicated to helping buyers, investors, and flippers navigate the market with confidence.
David developed an interest in real estate after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, which inspired him to make his first investment in 2024. Encouraged by a mentor he greatly admires, Braydon Pender, he stepped into the industry with the goal of becoming the most knowledgeable and resourceful agent in the area. He prides himself on studying the market extensively, previewing properties, and identifying the best investment opportunities—not only for his clients but for his own portfolio as well.
Beyond real estate, David is an avid golfer, disc golfer, and Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast. He enjoys hunting, outdoor adventures, and is eager to take a more active role in his community through volunteering. His work ethic is second to none—he believes in tackling every challenge head-on and being the hardest worker in the room, all while delivering exceptional customer service and putting his clients' needs first.
